    Osaka is a great restaurant. Fresh sushi, great staff and quick service. Will customize dishes to meet your dietary needs and when ordering “to go” the food has always been fresh and well packaged.

    Regrettably, this was a poor overall experience, in our opinion. The soup was mostly oil, and lacked flavor. The chicken literally was heated up and had zero flavor - even in appearance, the chicken simply looked white (cooked) with no additional ingredients. Despite a lengthy menu, the restaurant did not have kid-size portions or pricing. This meal was not worth what we paid. The only saving grace was a decent portion size; however, we weren't able to eat most of it. In our view, better options exist for the money.

    One of our favorite places to eat in Bristol. We are never disappointed when we eat here and we always know what to expect. Great service and best sushi around by far!

    We will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!! after ordering our meal and about half done.....A RAT!!!! not a small one, but about 8-10 inches long ran under the booths on the left across the Middle of the floor and then across to the right side where We were!!! And after immediately leaving our food....we ask for the manager....he apologizes and proceeds to give us a 20% discount....REALLY MR JAPANESE MAN!! 20%....I THINK NOT!!! we should have been offered our meal that we didn't get to finish for FREE!!! I will be spreading the word....we used to love coming here, but WE ARE DONE!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
